We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.


We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide a free shipping option, when available, from our global warehouses. Else you pay a fee depending on the shipping method you select per product. The shipping costs will be added and calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery address and weight of the product.

*This doesn’t include our 1-5 day processing time. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Delivery to non-listed countries might take longer because of shipping and customs handling.

*Please note: we do everything in our ability to deliver your package as soon as possible. Despite the efforts of our suppliers and shipping companies, note that shipping may be delayed due to worldwide COVID-19. Thank you for your trust.

*In January, our warehouses need to stock count the products and some staff is returning from holidays and are starting back up, because of this, then the processing time might be increased by 1-20 business days.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped and you may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Please know that you are responsible for the customs duty and taxes that apply in your country. The prices on our website, including the shipping costs, do not cover the customs duty and taxes.


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system and appear online. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


If you have not received your package, and the tracking information states the order has been delivered, please try the following:

  • Be sure to check everywhere around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places such as your patio, in front of your garage, behind a bush, or your porch.
  • You may also call or visit your local post office or UPS with the tracking number. Your local post office or UPS will be able to ask the carrier where the package may have been left.
  • If the tracking information show the item was returned to us, please contact us for further assistance.

Late Packages may be due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Payment Delay or Issue
  • UPS or USPS failure to deliver, e.g. severe weather conditions
  • Any changes made to the order after submitting an order
  • Incorrect tracking information, please double check with us
